The entertainment industry spans publishing, featuring television, film, music and more. The Nielsen Entertainment Practice provides consistent, in-depth and up-to-the minute identification and analysis of entertainment-product consumers as well as insights into the entire marketplace.
The Client Services Representative handles client service inquiries associated with proprietary entertainment industry data and applications [books, videos, games, ring tones, music, radio]. This position answers all basic and routine client inquiries as well as complex client issues and/or concerns requiring interpretation, investigation, resolutions, and follow up, develops and maintains training materials and conduct telephone and on site customer training. The Client Services Representative utilizes computer applications to provide professional service and track customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities Include:
- Setting up & maintaining accounts in client database
- Act as a liaison between clients and Sales Team
- Train clients in the use of products and services
- Work with clients to resolve a wide range of questions and issues
- Manage a high volume of daily client base interactions via email and telephone
- Responsible for system checks as needed
- General office support as needed

Requirements |
- Working knowledge of DOS and Windows
- Internet literate
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, principally Excel
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good organizational skills & communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work with all levels of staff and management

- A.A. degree required
- Strong following up skills and ability to troubleshoot
- Entertainment industry experience required
- Experience with client database management systems such as Access and Goldmine a plus
