Provide feedback to senior management any significant changes, errors, or omissions * Set up and maintain files and keep correspondence and reports available for reference




Requirements

Qualifications: * Knowledge of administrative procedures and software applications (such as Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Filing and records management systems * Ability to make a decision or solve a problem by using logic to identify key facts, explore alternatives, and propose appropriate solutions * Use proper grammar, spelling and punctuation when reviewing and/or editing documents for accuracy and completeness * Speak clearly, concisely and effectively * Communicate information and ideas clearly * Maintain confidential information * Deal with people in a manner which shows sensitivity, tact, and professionalism * Associate's degree (or equivalent) and a minimum of five years of experience
