SRA International has an exciting opportunity for a Bilingual (Spanish) Health Help Desk Specialist to work in a call center environment in our Rockville office for the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) contract in our Rockville office.
The Bilingual Health Help Desk Specialist will provide support to the outreach unit responding to public inquiries received via telephone, e-mail, mail or fax. The HIS is also responsible for logging these inquiries into a tracking database and performing other administrative tasks as needed. Inquiries range from providing program information/referrals, fulfilling publication requests, to providing assistance to individuals using our online reporting system and/or online analysis search tool.
